Hi i have had recent account issues and ncsoft is a terror to work with so i thought i would seek some help here.
I recently forgot my ncsoft pasword and was wondering how long they lock you out of trying to retrieve it if you mess up and get locked out.

I forgot my password after not playing for a while so it locked me out.

I sent them an e-mail so then they sent one back saying provide proof etc, so therefore i did and i got my account back within 2-3 days.

Very good support.

They asked me for the CD-key for the game. As long as you still have that you will never be in trouble regarding losing your password.
